The Company has today been informed that: FMR Corp. has sold 2,575,500 ordinary
shares in the Company and as a result holds 15,424,500 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 6.02 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company;
in addition, Hardman Resources plc no longer has a notifiable interest in the
Company.
