Appointment of Company Secretary

Ascential plc (the "Company") announces that Louise Meads has been appointed its Company Secretary with effect from 6 February 2017.  Louise is an experienced company secretary and joins us from Brewin Dolphin Holdings plc. 

Mandy Gradden, Chief Financial Officer, relinquishes the position of Company Secretary, having fulfilled it on an interim basis.
