Ascential plc (LSE: ASCL.L) has received notification of the following transactions by its Chief Executive Officer, Duncan Painter, and its Chief Financial Officer, Mandy Gradden, following vesting of conditional awards granted in 2019 under the Deferred Annual Bonus Plan, and by its Chief Operating Officer, Paul Harrison, following vesting of a conditional award granted in relation to his joining arrangements, as disclosed in the 2020 Annual Report on Remuneration.

PSP awards
Subject to the terms of the PSP, the awards will ordinarily vest on the third anniversary of the grant of the awards subject to the grantee's continued service and to the extent to which adjusted EPS and Digital Commerce Business Unit Revenue performance criteria are met over the three financial years to 31 December 2024. The shares will also be subject to a further two-year holding period whereby the Executive Directors will be restricted from selling the shares which vest other than to settle any associated tax.
DABP awards
Awards made under the DABP relate to the deferral of bonus payable to Executive Directors into shares. Subject to the terms of the DABP, the awards will ordinarily vest on the third anniversary of the grant of the awards subject to the grantee's continued service.
