The Company announces that conditional awards over 211,500 ordinary shares in Ascential plc and cash phantom awards in relation to 10,000 ordinary shares in Ascential plc have been made to all eligible employees subject to the rules of the Ascential plc International Employee Free Share Plan ('International Employee Share Plan').
