Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral wins prestigious FIABCI Property Award 2014

Aseana Properties Limited (LSE: ASPL), a property developer in Malaysia and Vietnam, listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, announces that its Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral hotel has won The International Real Estate Federation ("FIABCI") Malaysia Property Award 2014 for the Hotel category.

Developed and owned 100% by Aseana Properties, Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral hotel is a business hotel located in KL Sentral, one of the most important business districts in Malaysia's capital city. Comprising 482 hotel rooms, a grand ballroom and seven meeting rooms, the hotel is managed by Starwood Resorts and Hotels. The hotel opened for business in March 2013.

Commenting on the award, Mohammed Azlan Hashim, Chairman of Aseana, said: "It is an honour to have received this prestigious FIABCI Malaysia Property Award on behalf of the team at Aseana. It is a fantastic reward for all of the hard work that has gone into creating a world class hotel in Malaysia."
