Cancellation of Treasury Shares
Aseana Properties Limited (LSE: ASPL), a property developer in Malaysia and Vietnam, listed on the Main Market of The London Stock Exchange, announces that further to the announcement of 21 November 2013, the 500,000 shares held in treasury have now been cancelled.
For the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital at the date of this notice comprises 212,025,000 shares of USD0.05 each, with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 212,025,000.
The above figure of 212,025,000 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
