Launch of New Company Website
Aseana Properties Limited (LSE: ASPL), a property developer in Malaysia listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, is pleased to announce the launch of its new Company website, which can be accessed at: www.aseanapropertieslimited.com.
The Circular (including the Notice of GM and Form of Proxy) sent to Shareholders on 21 January 2025, pursuant to the Subscription to raise approximately $5.45 million (before expenses) for the Company, is available to download from the new Company website.
Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the Circular dated 21 January 2025, a copy of which is available to view on the Company's new website at: www.aseanapropertieslimited.com.
