Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange plc for a total of 99,334 Ordinary shares of 10 each ('shares')
to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected that admission will be
granted on 26 June 2001 and trading will commence on 27 June 2001

These shares are being issued in connection with the Company's consideration
for the acquisition of Rox Mariehamn AB.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary shares.
