                       Anite Group plc ('the Company')

Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange plc for a total of 483,092 Ordinary shares of 10p each
('shares') to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected that admission
will be granted on 03 July 2001 and trading will commence on 04 July 2001

These shares are being issued in connection with the Company's consideration
for the acquisition of Didgicom Limited.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary shares.
