Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange plc for 1,941,568 Ordinary shares of 10p each ('shares') to be
admitted to the Official List.

Admission of the new shares will be granted on 5 November 2001 and admission
and trading will commence on 6 November 2001.

These shares are being issued in connection with the deferred consideration
for the Company's acquisition of the government application business from
International Computers Limited.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary shares.
