Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange plc for 218,223 Ordinary shares of 10p each ('shares') to be
admitted to the Official List.

It is expected that admission of the new shares will be granted on 3rd May 2002
and trading will commence on 7th May 2002.

The shares are being issued, as consideration for the acquisition of the entire
issued share capital of Anite.Net Limited not already owned by the Company.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary shares.
