                        Anite Group plc (the 'Company')

Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange plc for 470,588 Ordinary shares of 10p each ('shares') to be
admitted to the Official List.

It is expected that admission of the new shares will be granted on 22 April 2002
and trading will commence on 23 April 2002.

The shares are being issued as part consideration for the Company's acquisition
of Micro Surveys Property Systems Limited.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary shares.
