The issuer advises that the following replaces the additional listing
announcement released on 4 December 2001 at 10.58 am under RNS number 13550.
The correct information should read 'admission of the new shares will be
granted on 5 December 2001 and trading will commence on 6 December 2001' not
'admission of the new shares will be granted on 5 November 2001 and admission
and trading will commence on 6 November 2001' as previously stated.  All other
details remain unchanged.  The full amended text appears below.

                       Anite Group plc (the 'Company')

Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange plc for 1,941,568 Ordinary shares of 10p each ('shares') to be
admitted to the Official List.


Admission of the new shares will be granted on 5 December 2001 and admission
and trading will commence on 6 December 2001.


These shares are being issued in connection with the deferred consideration
for the Company's acquisition of the government application business from
International Computers Limited.


These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary shares.
