                        AGM Statement.

At  today's  Annual  General Meeting of  shareholders,  Alec
Daly, Chairman of Anite Group made the following statement:

The  focus  we have achieved within our solutions businesses
is continuing to produce good results with growth within our
Telecoms business being particularly strong.

Our  vertical market specialisation within the four  sectors
of Telecoms, Finance, Public Sector and Travel is helping us
to develop in a more demanding market for IT Services.

I  am  pleased  to report that the Group has  continued  its
strong performance since the year end and trading remains in
line with management's expectations.
