                          Change of Financial Advisers

Anite Group plc ('Anite' or 'the Group'), the international software and
solutions company have today appointed JPMorgan Cazenove and Landsbanki
Securities as joint financial advisers and stockbrokers, to replace UBS
Investment Bank.

The Board would like to thank UBS Investment Bank for its many years of support,
having advised Anite since its flotation in 1984.
