Company Secretary change

The Board of Anite plc ("Anite") is pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Bass as Company Secretary with effect from 9^th December 2013.

Neil assumes the responsibilities of Company Secretary from Richard Amos, who remains Group Finance Director. Neil has been assisting Richard with company secretarial duties for the past four years.

Neil joined Anite in 1992 and has held a number of senior finance positions within the Group during this period. He is currently Group Financial Controller, a position he has held for the past 13 years.
