  Anite Group's travel division wins £15m reservations systems contract for
                         Airtours charter operations



Anite Group ('Anite'), the European IT consultancy and services company, is
delighted to announce that it has been awarded a £15m contract over three
years by Airtours UKLG to immediately roll out a common reservations system
for its charter tour operations Airtours Holidays, Direct Holidays, Panorama
and Manos.  Airtours will now be one of Anite's travel division's largest
clients, who also include First Choice, Olympic Holidays, Virgin Holidays, Oad
Reisen, P & O Ferries, P & O Cruises, Hoverspeed, Fjordline and Tallink.



Anite's travel division is the established leader in the provision of global
solutions to the travel market and has proprietary software in reservation
management, content and multi-media management, T-CRM (travel-customer
relationship management), resort automation, business intelligence and
consolidated fares, for tour, ferry and cruise operators, together with
leading-edge e-business skills. Anite Travel Systems began working with
Airtours UKLG Direct Holidays in 1999 and this announcement formalises their
ongoing business partnership.



Anite Travel Systems, working in conjunction with Airtours UKLG, has enhanced
its ATOP (Anite Tour Operator Package) system to suit the tour operators'
unique business needs.  The enhanced version to be used by Airtours UKLG will
replace all current systems for the sale of Winter 2002/03 holidays from
November 2001. The development and roll out of a common system will assist the
6,500 travel agents who, to date, have had to move between three separate
systems to cross check availability before booking over 6 million
holidaymakers per annum.  At the same time Airtours UK charter tour operating
businesses will have more effective yield management as a result of having all
its holiday stock on one common system.
