Anite plc, the leading provider of software solutions to the international wireless and leisure travel industries, notes the following concerning Clay Brendish, its Chairman, and his other non-executive roles:

From 31 August 2011, Clay is to retire from his role as a non-executive director of BT Group plc having served for nine years.  Also, on 25 May 2011, Clay was appointed as a member of the Administrative Board of Elster Group SE, one of the world's largest electricity, gas and water measurement and control providers.

This announcement is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules.
