PDMRs' Shareholdings

Anite plc ("Anite") was notified on 6^th August 2010 that on 5^th August 2010, Mr Michael Kingswood, a person discharging managerial responsibility, sold 50,000 of the company's ordinary shares in the London market at 42 pence per share.  Following this notification, his holding totals 54,259 ordinary shares of 11.25 pence each.

This notice is given in fulfillment of obligations under DTR3.1.2R and DTR3.1.4R (1) (a).
