Director / PDMR Shareholding

Anite plc ("Anite") was notified on 4^th September 2012 that on 3^rd September 2012, Mr Michael Kingswood, a person discharging managerial responsibility, sold 9,716 of the company's ordinary shares in the London market at 132 pence per share following the vesting of 24,200 shares under the Anite plc 2009 three year Sharesave scheme.  Mr Kingswood has retained the balance of the vested shares (14,484) and following this notification, his holding now totals 109,219 ordinary shares.

This notice is given in fulfillment of obligations under DTR3.1.2R and DTR3.1.4R (1) (a).
