                            Directors' Shareholdings


Anite Group plc, the European consultancy and services' company, has today been
notified of the following purchases made today of its ordinary shares by three
directors of the Company:


  • Alec Daly, non-executive Chairman - purchased 10,000 shares, representing
    0.003% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, at 118.75 pence
    per share
  • John Hawkins, Chief Executive - purchased 25,000 shares, representing
    0.008% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, at 119 pence per
    share
  • Simon Hunt, Finance Director - purchased 25,000 shares, representing
    0.008% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, at 119 pence per
    share



Following these transactions, Mr Daly holds 93,028 shares in Anite, representing
a holding of 0.03% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, and Mr
Hawkins and Mr Hunt each hold 230,000 shares in Anite, representing a holding of
0.08% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company each.  In addition, Mr
Hawkins has options over 3,696,316 shares and Mr Hunt has options over 2,476,357
shares.
