Dividend Timetable

Anite plc, the leading provider of software and hardware solutions to the international wireless market, announces that, subject to shareholder approval at its annual general meeting to be held on 12 September 2014, its proposed final dividend of 1.265 pence per share will be payable on 28 October 2014, to all shareholders on the register at 3 October 2014.
