Update on the Investment Adviser's Team

White Oak Capital Management Consultants LLP (the "Investment Adviser") provides non-exclusive and recommendatory investment advisory services in respect of the Company's investments. As previously disclosed, one of the members of the Investment Adviser's team has been Manoj Garg, based in Mumbai.

Manoj has recently relocated to Singapore and is employed with the Investment Adviser's affiliated firm White Oak Capital Partners Pte. Ltd with effect from 17 January 2020. Therefore, he will no longer be involved with providing investment advisory services in connection with the Company's investments.

There are no other changes to report to the Investment Adviser's team.
