Multi-year TUI UK contract win

Anite plc ("Anite" or "the Company"), the leading provider of software solutions to the international wireless and leisure travel industries, today announces the signing of a multi-year contract with TUI Travel PLC ("TUI") to implement Anite's @comRes reservation system in the TUI UK & Ireland division. The contract also allows TUI the opportunity to potentially extend the associated licence to other businesses in their organisation in the future and follows the successful implementation of the same system in TUI's German operation in the last few years. @comRes is the only proven, large scale reservations system for leisure travel operators on the market today.

At the time of the IMS issued on 18 February the Company stated that it needed to finalise contracts for existing Travel customers and prospects if it is to achieve the Board's expectations for Travel's full year performance.  Following this major contract win, the Board has increasing confidence in the Company overall being able to exceed current consensus market expectations.

Anite intends to issue a trading update for the year ending 30 April 2011 during the week commencing 16 May.
