                      Notice of Year End Trading Statement


Anite Group plc intends to release a year end trading statement in respect of
its financial year ended 30 April 2004, on Friday, 28 May 2004, in line with its
normal practice.

The Group's preliminary results for the year ended 30 April 2004 are expected to
be announced in mid/late July.
