Update on Investment Policy

Listing Rule 15.2.5 gives listed closed-ended investment funds the flexibility, should they choose to incorporate it within their stated investment policies, to invest up to 10% of their total assets, in aggregate, in other listed closed-ended investment funds (with the 10% restriction not applying to investments in closed-ended investment funds which themselves have published investment policies to invest no more than 15% of their total assets in other listed closed-ended investment funds).

The Company has retained this flexibility within its investment policy, however the Board wishes to update the Company's investment policy to state that in any event the Company will itself not invest more than 15% of its gross assets in other investment companies or investment trusts which are listed on the Official List.
