By its letter of 24 November 2001, the Company reported that it had been advised
by Barclay PLC that its total holdings of material and non-material interests in
the Company's shares amounted to 10.35% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company has now been advised by Barclays PLC that the total of its material 
and non-material interests has fallen to below 10%. Consequently it is now 
obliged to report only its material interests. These currently stand at a total 
of 4.87% of the Company's issued share capital compared with 5.79% reported on 
24 November 2001.
