Further to the announcement of the Company's results for the year ended 31 December 2021 on 6 June 2022, Ashtead Technology Holdings plc (AIM: AT.) confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 have today been posted to those shareholders who elected to receive them, together with documentation for the 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
The AGM is scheduled to be held at 10.00 a.m. on Thursday, 30 June 2022 at White & Case LLP, 5 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1DW.
All shareholders are encouraged to submit their vote by proxy, well in advance of the meeting. Details of how to do this are contained in the notice of AGM. All valid proxy votes (whether submitted electronically or in hard copy form) will be included in the poll vote to be taken at the meeting.
The result of the AGM will be announced after its conclusion and published on the Company's website.
