The Board of Asia Dragon Trust plc (the "Company") announces that Charlie Ricketts, Donald Workman and Gaynor Coley have retired from the Board with effect from today, being six months following the completion of the merger with abrdn New Dawn Investment Trust plc. This is in-line with the intentions set out in the circular published by the Company on 22 September 2023 (the "Circular").  The Board would like to take this opportunity to reiterate its sincere thanks to Charlie, Gaynor and Donald for their significant and valued contributions to the Company.
