EDINBURGH DRAGON TRUST PLC (the "Trust")
CHANGE TO MANAGEMENT AND SECRETARIAL AGREEMENT

Edinburgh Dragon Trust plc announces that following a review of the
management agreement it has agreed with Edinburgh Fund Managers plc
(EFM) to change the period of notice required in order to terminate the
Management and Secretarial Agreement from twelve months to three months.
The change to the notice period is effective on EFM being acquired by
Aberdeen Asset Management plc and as a result of which, the Board has
committed not to invoke the change of control clause as permitted under
the current management and secretarial agreement. No compensation is
payable in respect of the amendment.
