In light of the final conversion date of the 3.5 per cent. convertible unsecured loan stock 2018 ("CULS") issued by Edinburgh Dragon Trust plc (the "Company"), being 31 January 2018 (the "Final Conversion Date"), the Company has requested that the UK Listing Authority suspend the listing of the CULS with effect from 7.30 am on 1 February 2018.

The results of the final conversion are expected to be announced on 1 February 2018, following the passing of the Final Conversion Date.
