The Company confirms that, as anticipated in the announcement on 22 September 2023, Ms Nicole Yuen, Mr Donald Workman and Mr Stephen Souchon have been appointed as independent non-executive Directors of the Company with effect from 9 November 2023. 

 

Up to 8 November 2023 Ms Yuen, Mr Workman and Mr Souchon were directors of abrdn New Dawn Investment Trust plc (in members' voluntary liquidation). There are no further changes to disclosures required to be made for Ms Yuen, Mr Workman or Mr Souchon, in respect of paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) - (6) of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules.
