In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 20p of the Company in issue at 31 October 2017 is 189,843,856 with each share holding one voting right. 

The Company also holds 11,055,200 shares in Treasury.
