In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 20p of the Company in issue at 31 July 2018 is 189,674,152 with each share holding one voting right. 

The Company also holds 25,630,201 shares in Treasury.
