On 15 August 2007, Edinburgh Dragon Trust plc purchased 95,000 of its own 20p
ordinary shares at 135 pence per share for cancellation.



Following the transaction, the Company's issued ordinary share capital is
237,106,875 ordinary shares of 20p each.
