On 27June 2008, Edinburgh Dragon Trust plc purchased 560,000 of its own 20p ordinary shares at 145.37 pence per share for cancellation. Following the buy back, there are 231,365,375 ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
