EDINBURGH DRAGON TRUST PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK

On 13 March 2015, Edinburgh Dragon Trust plc purchased 5,000 of its own 20p ordinary shares at 287.0 pence per share for cancellation. Following the buy back, there are 196,081,142 ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
