EDINBURGH DRAGON TRUST PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK/CLARIFICATION OF ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL

On 20 August 2015, Edinburgh Dragon Trust plc purchased 22,500 of its own 20p ordinary shares at 238.3 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury. Following the buy back, the Company's share capital will comprise:

194,177,344 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

1,850,500 Ordinary shares held in treasury

196,027,844 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)

The issued share capital summary above includes 2,202 Ordinary Shares, resulting from conversions of the Company's 3.5% Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2018 (announced on 5 August 2015).  

Please note that the extra 2,202 Ordinary shares were not included in the issued share capital summaries for buybacks announced on 14 August, 17 August and 19 August respectively.
