On 30 March 2015, Edinburgh Dragon Trust plc purchased 49,630 of its own 20p ordinary shares at 288.88 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury. Following the buy back, the Company's share capital will comprise:

195,762,012 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

263,630 Ordinary shares held in treasury
