EDINBURGH DRAGON TRUST PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK

On 6 August 2015, Edinburgh Dragon Trust plc purchased 30,000 of its own 20p ordinary shares at 262.885 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury. Following the buy back, the Company's share capital will comprise:

194,291,642 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

1,734,000 Ordinary shares held in treasury

196,025,642 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
