EDINBURGH DRAGON TRUST PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK

On 9 October 2015, Edinburgh Dragon Trust plc purchased 25,000 of its own 20p ordinary shares at 244.55 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury. Following the buy back, the Company's share capital will comprise:

193,634,344 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

2,393,500 Ordinary shares held in treasury

196,027,844 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
