                          Placing and Additional Listing

Pentagon Protection is pleased to announce that on Friday 24 September 2004 it
placed 9,600,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the
Company at 6.25p per share to raise £600,000 of working capital for the Company.
The shares have been placed with institutions and clients of the Company's
broker, Seymour Pierce Ellis Limited.

Application has today been made for the admission of the new shares to trading
on AIM. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the
Company. Dealings in the new Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 1
October 2004.
