APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Pentagon Protection Plc (AIM: PPR) is delighted to announce the appointment of David Marks FCA as its Chief Operating Officer. It is the intention, as the business grows, to appoint Mr Marks as CEO and to the main board within three months.

David has experience of working with AIM companies to build turnover and profitability and the Board of Pentagon are excited about the impact his knowledge and experience will have on the Group's performance. Most recently David founded, floated and managed an AIM listed security business, building it to an annual turnover in excess of £30m.

David Marks said: "Pentagon has had a mixed history but within the Group there are businesses with clear potential and I am delighted to have this platform from which to grow an exciting and profitable business."
