                               Board Appointment


Further to the announcement made on 2 June 2005, Pentagon Protection plc is
pleased to confirm that Mr Haytham ElZayn has accepted an appointment as a
non-executive director to the board of Pentagon Protection plc.



Mr ElZayn, aged 50, is currently a director of Risk Consultants & Actuaries Ltd
and is President of National Administrative Solutions Corp ('NASC'), a company
based in Dublin, Ohio (USA) specialising in extended warranties for vehicles. He
recently acquired 14,322,349 shares in Pentagon Protection plc, which currently
represents approximately 8.6% of the issued share capital.



Using NASC's existing extensive distribution and commercial network, Mr ElZayn
will help to promote PPP products through three channels:



  • Providing protective glazing in homes and commercial buildings that
    provides protection against bomb blast and hurricane damage
  • Distributing PPP's film and anchoring systems into the wholesale building
    products market
  • Distributing PPP's automotive products into the extensive US car retail
    market served by NASC's nationwide dealer network.



Mr ElZayn commented; 'I am truly delighted to have been appointed a director of
Pentagon Protection plc.  I have felt for a long while that PPP has an excellent
range of products that have enormous potential in the USA.

I feel demand will be fuelled by these uncertain times of persistent hurricanes
and the ever-present threat of terror attacks. I am also excited about
distributing PPP's automotive products through NASCs' strong distribution
network. I have been impressed by PPP's management and am looking forward to
working with them'.
