Pentagon Protection plc is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board of
Alan Nicholl as Managing Director. Mr Nicholl was previously managing director
of Filmtek Limited, which was acquired by Pentagon Protection plc in December
2003.

Alan Robert Nicholl, aged 62, currently holds the following directorships:

Servitek Support Systems Limited
Pentagon Glass Technologies Limited
Pentagon Filmtek Limited
Filmtek Limited

He is also a proprietor of A&L Distributors.

He was formerly, within the last five years, a director of the following
companies:

Permadec Contract Services Limited
Permaclean (UK) Limited
Millennium Drinks Limited
Lanza Combined Services Limited

He was a director of Lanza Combined Services Limited from May 2003 until April
2004. Lanza Combined Services Limited was placed into creditors voluntary
liquidation in September 2004.

Mr Nicholl currently holds 244,634 shares in Pentagon Protection plc, which
represents approximately 0.15% of the issued share capital.
