Board Appointments

Pentagon Protection (AIM: PPR), the global specialist in the supply and installation of enhanced glass protection, announces the appointments of Patric Fransko and Dr John Wyatt to the Board of Pentagon.

Mr Fransko is Senior Vice President of Operations of National Glass Service Group, LLC of Dublin, Ohio, USA and prior to that was Director of Sales & Marketing of Performance Films & Tools Distributing, also of Dublin, Ohio. Mr Fransko has worked with the leading companies in the window film industry for more than 9 years, particularly in the field of film related glazing solutions.

Dr Wyatt was Chairman and Technical Director of SDS Group Limited and Search Training International Limited for many years until the acquisition of those companies by Pentagon in September 2008. Dr Wyatt has over twenty years' experience in high risk security consulting and the supply of security equipment and products.

Pentagon also announces the retirement of Alan Nicholl as CEO with immediate effect.  Alan has been involved with the business since 1995 and has held office with the Pentagon Group since 2005. Alan will continue to be a shareholder of the Company.

Patric John Fransco, aged 39, has no current or past directorships. Mr Fransco owns no shares in the capital of Pentagon.

Dr John Ross Wyatt, aged 62, is a director of SDS Transac Limited and in the past five years has been a director of SDS Group Limited and Search Training International Limited. Dr Wyatt is beneficially interested in 37,500,000 ordinary shares in Pentagon.
