               Pentagon Protection Plc ('Pentagon' or 'Company')

     Board change and development of opportunities in Middle and Far East


Pentagon Protection Plc, the global specialist in the supply and installation of
enhanced glass protection, announces that, with the full agreement of the Board,
Mr Graham Bannerman, who is now living in Dubai, has stepped down as Pentagon's
CEO in order to focus full time on the promotion of the Company's products and
services under an exclusive licence agreement, principally in the Middle and Far
East.

Mr Bannerman will remain as Consultant to the Board and the Company will
continue to benefit from his extensive experience in the industry.  Alan
Nicholl, Chairman of Pentagon Protection Plc, will act as CEO in the interim and
the Company is actively looking to augment the Board as soon as possible.  A
further announcement will be made in due course.
