Business Update

 

Pentagon Protection plc (AIM: PPR) announces  that, despite a relatively healthy sales pipeline for each of the Company's three divisions, the timing of existing contract milestones being achieved, together with converting the current pipeline into new contracts has resulted in the deterioration in available working capital in recent months and the Company is currently cash constrained.

 

 

Management are in discussions with several parties about the provision of short term financing and other solutions to alleviate the current working capital constraints.

 

A further announcement will be made in due course.
