Contract Award and Resignation of Director

Pentagon Protection Plc (AIM: PPR), today announced that Dr John Wyatt will be retiring from the Board as of 28 April 2011 and stepping down as the executive director of the SDS Group. While Dr. Wyatt will no longer be involved in the day-to-day operations of the business, he will continue to work and be involved with Pentagon's security division SDS Group in a consultative and advisory capacity.

Pentagon also announces a contract award valued at £429,000 for the supply of the very latest state-of-the-art portable digital x-ray equipment to the Metropolitan Police, a client of longstanding, as they continue to upgrade their existing equipment.

Commenting, Pentagon Protection's Managing Director, Steve Chambers said:
