CONTRACT AWARD

SDS Group, a subsidiary of Pentagon Protection Plc (AIM: PPR), global specialists in the supply and installation of enhanced glass protection, high-risk security consulting, training and specialist security equipment, announces a contract award from an existing client within the UK Government with a value of £252,000.

Dr John Wyatt, international terrorism expert and Technical Director of SDS Group commented:

"In continuance of our support to this long-standing client in the supply of portable x-ray systems, this award is for the supply of a groundbreaking Fujifilm lightweight portable x-ray system that includes the Fujifilm cassette as part of the system and is unique to SDS Group as sole supplier.

This very small generator and film cassette system is hugely beneficial with all the advantages of being lightweight and compact for increased manoeuvrability and operator ease of use. We have been supplying this high-profile client with portable x-ray equipment for a number of years and on past experience, would hope to see this initial order turn into substantial repeat business in the future."

Having exhibited at the recent Counter Terror Expo in Olympia, SDS were able to utilise this platform to launch new introductions into their range of detection and protection product including the very latest x-ray wall scanner and the newly introduced stand-off explosive detector utilising researched technology and allowing detection of all types of commercial and military explosives. The show was a great success for SDS and the Group as a whole.

On the 3^rd March David Marks joined as COO and is seeking to grow the business from the existing platform.
